| The only testers allowed to test are part of the Elite Dorm, Teachers, Moderators, Administrators and in special cases, like Dryad who can freely test. No one other than those people are allowed to test since we don't want idiotic scores given by random testers. There are also decks that are banned for testing: Applied to both tester and testee. 1. Exodia 2. Meta 3. Stall 4. OTK 5. Burn Those decks are not allowed and the proper test results format must be followed, I repeat MUST be followed.
