| Because you will be doing quite a bit of milling, and the deck is meant to be offensive, you shouldn't be running so many traps. Take the number down, or take the traps out altogether.
Dragonute is bad; don't run it.
That is all I can say for now. I would like to know how the deck's been doing already, and what the focus is. After you answer, and when I get to a computer, I'll provide more help. | |

| 3 Royal Decree is enough already.
Maximize Monster reincarnation too.
Next to be lost ain't a bad card either and it could be a replacement for Foolish Burial. |

| I'm finally on a computer, so I can give some complete advice.
So yeah, cut the traps completely. If you're ever at the point where you're depending on trap cards to survive, you're losing the duel anyway. Royal Decree isn't worth it because Lightsworns have a natural affinity to popping cards.
I kinda disagree with Kaz on the maximizing of Monster Reincarnation. Run 2 of those instead.
Do not add Next To Be Lost; it is slow and we want to keep your spell and trap count to a minimum.
Drop the Burial For A Different Dimension; you won't be banishing much.
Drop the Foolish; you mill enough.
Now, as a side note: Using a Chaos Dragon deck that has a lot more focus on Lightsworns makes it more consistent, but less explosive. So if you ever feel the need for more explosiveness, add more dragons, decrease your Lightsworn count and vice versa.
You want to more consistently make use of JD, so add a Wulf.
Future Fusion in Chaos Dragons wins games. 'Nuff said.
With that, you'd need more dragons though, meaning: another Lightpulsar, another Eclipse and 2 more Darkflare.
Add a Tragoedia.
Cut a Duality.
Add a Plaguespreader.
That's all I can think of at the top of my head. Lemme know how this works.
